Structure

The Council of Swaziland Churches carries out its functions through:

• The Annual General Meeting, which is the principal authority of the organization.
• The Council of Elders which meets twice a year between AGMs
• The Executive Committee, which acts on behalf of the council between annual general meetings.
• Regional Committees
• The General Secretary who is appointed by the Executive Committee and confirmed into office by the Annual General Meeting. He/She becomes the Chief Executive Officer of the Council.
• The Head of Departments, who are employees of the Council, and are given responsibilities of heading the CSC departments.
• The Council staff, who are employees of the Council.
